Your Mission
As a Fullstack Lead Software Developer, you will support, upskill, and lead the Fullstack developers while also taking part in architectural decisions for our web platform. You will play a key role in sharing best practices, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and evolving work methods.
This position offers potential progression to a managerial role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Act as a technical reference and mentor for the team.
- Lead code reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Participate in architectural decisions and promote best practices.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and harmonization of components.
Development & Quality
- Develop both front-end and back-end components.
- Ensure code quality through testing and CI/CD processes.
- Maintain and evolve existing web products in an industrial context.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
Collaboration & Team Building
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding new developers.
- Contribute to performance evaluations and individual objectives.
- Ensure communication between development, product, infrastructure, and technical management teams.
Required Skills
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years in Fullstack development.
- 2+ years as a technical lead or team supervisor.
- Experience with front-end and back-end frameworks (Angular, .NET Core, REST API).
- Database management expertise.
- Knowledge of software quality practices: automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration.
- Ability to contribute across the full stack of a complex software product.
Secondary Skills
- Maintaining web products in an industrial context.
- Experience managing technical projects and tracking roadmaps.
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of microservices architectures.
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
