About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next chapter of the evolution of our metrology software product line (X4, iRobot, Silma...)—highly successful over the years, rich in functionality portfolio used in manufacturing environments, metrology labs, and industrial settings worldwide. This role is critical in unlocking the portfolio’s untapped potential and driving its transformation into a customer-centric, scalable, and modern solution offering.
As the software operates as a part of an integrated hardware system, experience working with such systems is highly valuable, as you’ll need to understand the interplay between physical devices and digital functionality to shape product strategy effectively.
You will lead a highly dedicated and knowledgeable team of experts, deeply committed to delivering excellence in industrial metrology, and you will complete it with market orientation, and product management best practices to guide our next chapter.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with various functions across the company. You'll play an active role in executing the portfolio strategy of a newly created Business Unit focused on Industrial Metrology.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle across a diverse and technically complex metrology software portfolio, aligned with the company strategy and needs
- Define product positioning, key differentiators, and value proposition.
- Rationalize and streamline the portfolio by identifying overlaps, sunsetting underperforming assets, and addressing technical and UX debt.
- Lead the UX/UI transformation, to improve usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction
- Introduce market- and customer-led prioritization, ensuring product decisions are grounded in business value ensuring stable growth overreaching market trends
- Coach and enable the team of product specialists and technical experts in product management best practices, portfolio thinking, and commercial orientation.
- Champion data-informed decision-making, and tracking product and portfolio performance (revenues, win-loss, market share, NPS); enable portfolio decision making with the most business impact unlocking growth potential
- Act as the voice and advocate of the customer internally and face of the product externally gathering feedback and validating customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define GTM strategies and collecting market / competitive intelligence
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in B2B product management, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related software domains.
- Demonstrated success managing and transforming complex software portfolios, including UX/UI modernization and lifecycle optimization.
- Strong understanding of software-hardware integration; experience with mechatronic systems or sensor-based industrial devices is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with various methodologies of software delivery processes.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to navigate between hands-on execution and long-term planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Working in and leading cross-functional teams
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is a must, French is a great advantage, other languages will be a plus
- Comfortable with a high level of mobility—around 50% travel is expected to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across Europe and internationally
