The position:

Reporting directly to the China Sales Manager, the jobholder carries out and ensures users training, clients’ demonstrations as well as assistance and technical support for customers.
You participate in the sharing of relevant field information with Metrologic Group's Services, Products, Marketing and Sales teams.

Your mission:

You will be responsible for:

- Receive user requests and guide them in their us :  

• Take charge of incoming requests in a spontaneous way
  
• Analyze the context of the customer request in order to identify the problem encountered
• Provide answers adapted to customer requests
• Synthesize and share knowledge in an appropriate manner via communication adapted to the interlocutor

- Prepare and lead training sessions or demonstrations :

• Prepare and adapt the content of the training or demonstration to ensure the desired level of quality
• Train on software features with the help of internal experts to provide the best possible service 
• Guide the users of the solutions marketed by Metrologic group in their learning to use these products
• Evaluate trainees' skills and know-how through validation tools

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and the Customer Support department

- Ensure reporting of its activity and customer feedback

- Identify and record malfunction conditions that need to be communicated to HQ technical support to ensure proper handling

This position is for you if you are able to:

Education & Experience:

You have an education in general mechanics at Bachelor level at least.

Minimum 3- year experience in a job with a strong technical dimension in an industrial environment and a sense of customer service are required

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of drawing dimensioning systems, spatial representation, standards and tolerances.

• Competence in 3D inspection (Coordinate Measuring Machine), preferably with Metrolog X4 but not mandatory.
• English read/written mandatory, spoken nice to have.

Interpersonal Skills:

• You have an excellent communication skills, pedagogy, listening skills and empathy
• You have an ability to use pedagogical techniques and tools to lead a group
  You are curious and you have an interest for the different sectors of activity of our clients (industrial)
• You are capable to work independently.
  
  
  

Possibility to work from home; preferred area (Suzhou, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Shanghai in order of preference)

Business Travel: Regular travels within your geographical area are required (approximately 80% on the sites of our customers and partners).

The onboarding process includes training on our value propositions, where we fit in our market, and technical training on our products.
